1.Stay informed about the needs of foreign corporate clients and market changes, put forward the best solution, set up and maintain detailed client archives;

2.Properly handle foreign corporate clients’ requirements and complaints, monitor clients’ degree of satisfaction and degree of loyalty, and put forward adjustment plans;

3.Communicate with other departments of RiskControl to ensure normal operation of projects;
